Welcome to Roots Data Recovery. By engaging with our services, you, the Customer, agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
Definitions
- Customer – You, whether an individual or an entity, require data recovery services.
- Confidential Information – Any information shared between the Customer and Roots Data Recovery in the course of providing services.
- Data Recovery – The process of retrieving inaccessible data from hard drives due to various issues like damage or corruption.
- Service Charges – The fees associated with the data recovery services provided by Roots Data Recovery.
- Media – The hard drive(s) or storage device(s) submitted for data recovery.
Order Process
- Initial Consultation – Following your request for service, we will conduct an initial assessment to determine the feasibility of data recovery.
- Inspection and Analysis – We will inspect your hard drive to identify potential recovery solutions and associated costs. This process may require additional information from you, such as access credentials.
- Service Execution – Upon your approval of the proposed solution and costs, we will proceed with the data recovery effort.
- Data Return – Recovered data will be returned on suitable media, as agreed upon.
Service Terms

- No Data, No Charge – If data recovery is unsuccessful, you will not be charged for our efforts.

Payment
Payment terms will be detailed in the inspection report/quotation provided after the initial analysis. Full payment is required upon completion of data recovery services before the return of your data.
Warranty and Disclaimer
Roots Data Recovery provides data recovery services "as is," with no explicit or implied warranties regarding the success of data recovery efforts.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions, such as breach of terms. Obligations under the agreement, including payment, will survive termination.
